1. Go to the post where you obtained the rank 2. Press on the three dots on the top right corner of the post 3. Select the option to edit or remove the post. Be careful! Removing the post will remove all your data from that post. 4. Choose the Edit Post option and edit the set which affects your rank. Same goes for delete, where you can delete the set that affects your rank.

Ranks are calculated using your bodyweight and your 1RM.

Rank Your Lift is separate from the tracker, where you can simply check the rank for any exercise you want. However, this will not save the rank. If you want to save the rank, you have to go through the tracker.

Your Liftoff Rank is calculated based on an accumulated score of your exercise ranks. The higher the exercise score, the more it counts towards your Liftoff Rank.

Lift Points (LP) is the new points system for ranks. Each rank has a range from 0 to 100 LP and a rank up happens every 100 LP, except for the Olympian rank.

Streaks

You don't need to! The app automatically considers your rest days as part of your streak as long as you don't break your streak. You will lose your streak if you don't log a workout for three days straight. For example, if you worked out on Monday, you must post by Thursday to keep your streak, as Friday would be too late.

Streaks increase as you maintain the consistency of posting your workouts. Your streak will break if you don't post a workout for three days straight. If you're on a streak and you didn't log on your rest day, the next time you post, it will consider the rest day into your streak. For example, if you post on Monday, and then post on Wednesday, your streak will increase by 2 not 1 from Monday to Wednesday.

There are three items in the Shop that can restore a streak, the Super Restore, Mega Restore, and Streak Revive. The Super Restore restores your previous streak up to 30, Mega Restore does up to 60 and Streak revive restores any streak you had. This streak MUST be the streak you just broke. If you start a new streak, you cannot restore the previous one.

1. Start a workout using the + button on the bottom navigation bar. 2. Press Consumables, then press on the restore you want to use. 3. Then post your workout and your streak will be restored. Note: You only have 1 week after you lost your streak to be able to restore it. Also, you can only restore your latest streak, not any previous ones.

Seasons reset every 4 months. At the moment, there are 3 season resets scheduled every year. (January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st)
